How do I know if I need a new roof?
Usually you don't — not from the ground. Age, repeated repairs, widespread covering damage and ongoing water intrusion all point toward replacement, but the only responsible answer comes from looking at the roof and explaining what is actually there.
Can a roof be repaired instead of replaced?
Often, yes. If the roof has reasonable life left and the issue is isolated, repair can be the right call. If the same areas keep failing or the covering is broadly deteriorated, repair stops being a good investment. We will tell you which one you are looking at.
Do you inspect roofs?
We evaluate roofing conditions as part of discussing a project with you, where the roof can be accessed safely. That evaluation is about understanding condition and recommending a next step — it is not a substitute for a licensed home inspection.
How long does a roof replacement take?
It varies. Roof size, complexity, roof design, material, weather, access and what is found once the existing covering is removed all affect the schedule. We give you a realistic expectation for your specific project rather than a generic number.

Permitting requirements depend on the jurisdiction and the scope of work. We identify what your project requires and coordinate the process as part of managing the job.
